Antique Silver925

Barss
Brass is an accessory material made of copper and turns discolored over time. If the discoloration progresses, it can be re-coated through AS.
However, if it breaks, it may be difficult to repair, so please contact us if you need AS for a brass product.

Natural
Natural materials include gemstones, mother-of-pearl, freshwater pearls, etc. Natural materials are not artificially printed materials,
The color, pattern, shape, crack, etc. are all different depending on the production. Please note that this is a natural characteristic of natural materials and is not defective.

Plated
Plating is a product made of silver or brass material that is plated for color.
In the case of plated products, discoloration is inevitable depending on water, sweat (salt), cosmetics, perfume, or time, so after wearing them
It is recommended to wipe it with a clean cloth and store it in an air-blocked jewelry box or an airtight container.
Plated products cannot return discoloration with cleaning liquid or polishing cloth, and must be re-plated.
If you want to re-plate the discolored product, please apply for warranty.

HANNA543 products are made to order and are manufactured to suit the customer, so exchanges/refunds are not possible.
Due to the nature of jewelry products, once they are sold, their value decreases and it is impossible to check whether they have been worn.
Exchanges/refunds are not possible due to simple change of mind (size, color, length, doesn't match, don't like it, feels different from what you thought, etc.).

However, exchanges due to a mistake in size selection or defective products are possible.
Customers are responsible for returning and shipping costs for size exchanges.

Requests for exchanges and refunds can be submitted through the bulletin board or customer center within 7 business days of receiving the product, and the product must be returned within 10 days.
After submitting an exchange & refund application, if the product is not collected within 7 days (including weekends and public holidays), the application will be cancelled.
In case of exchange/refund due to customer's simple change of mind, round-trip shipping fee will be charged.
